Obsidian (Aqua)

Obsidian works extremely well in bringing your energies down after meditation, after working with high energy crystals, or at times when you personal energy is raised due to tensions or upset. Holding an Obsidian can bring your energies back to center, and helps to ground you. Obsidian has a strong resonance with the Root Chakra and Earth Star Chakra, making it an excellent tool to connect you to the Earth and all things natural.
